
CHOCO ORANGE CHIA PUDDING
Ingredients:
- 3 cup (520ml) almond, soy or coconut milk
- ½ cup (90 gr) Karen Berrios Chia Seeds
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- zest of 1 orange
- ½ orange (juice)
- 1/3 cup (70 gr) monk fruit or coconut sugar
- 3 tbsp. Karen Berrios Cacao Powder
Topping:
- Fruits (chopped)
- Karen Berrios Cacao Nibs
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, add the Karen Berrios Chia Seeds.
- Combine the almond milk, cinnamon sticks and coconut sugar in a medium saucepan and heat over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Blend the mixture and stir it into the chía seed, whisk until be mixture. Add the cacao powder, orange juice and zest.
- Transfer the mixture to 3 manson jars.
- Refrigerate for 5 hours before eating.
- Top with your favorites chopped fruits and Karen Berrios Cacao Nibs.
