Spring Rice with Golden Berries

INGREDIENTS:
-1 1/2 cups brown rice
-3 cups of water
-salt to taste
-1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, for the vinaigrette
-1/3 cup lemon juice, for the vinaigrette
-1 teaspoon ginger, for the vinaigrette
-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, for the vinaigrette
-salt to taste, for the vinaigrette
-pepper to taste, for the vinaigrette
-1 tblsp olive oil, for the vinaigrette
-1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced medium
-1 cup green bean, blanched, in chunks
-1/2 cup carrot, grated
-salt to taste
-pepper to taste
-1/2 cup of almonds
-black sesame


PREPARATION:
1. Add the rice and water to a pot, heat until it boils, add salt, lower the
temperature, and cover. Cook for approximately 20 minutes or until the water has been almost completely consumed. Remove from heat and cool the rice.
2. While the rice cools, prepare the vinaigrette. Combine balsamic vinegar,
lemon juice, ginger, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Then add the olive oil in the form of thread while beating, to form an emulsion. Booking.
3. Once the rice is cold, add the green beans, carrots, red pepper, and golden
berries. Season with salt and pepper, and pour only a few tablespoons of the
vinaigrette to taste. Mix carefully.
4. Serve the salad in a bowl and accompany it with sesame seeds
