  • 1 cup oat flakes
  • 11/2 tablespoons Karen Berrios Lucuma Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Karen Berrios Maca Powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 mashed ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 4 tablespoons honey or coconut sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • Almonds (to nails)
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate (to affix)


In a food processor, mix all the ingredients except almonds and dark chocolate. Whisk until well combined.

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Get your cookie sheet ready, placing parchment paper on top.

Take one heaping teaspoon out of dough and mold it fingers with both hands. With a butter knife, gently make three slashes in the middle of each finger for knuckle.

Can use flat tip of a table knife to make an indentation on one end of each for fingernail.

Place fingers 2 in. apart on the cookie sheet. Bake between 15-17 minutes or until done.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 2 minuts.

While the fingers are baking, melt chocolate and pipe a dot on the cookies and affix the almond.

Remove from cookie sheet to cool... enjoy!
