Pasta in pumpkin sauce

-2 cups of pumpkin 
-1/2 white onion 
-3 garlic cloves 
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-1/2 tbsp ginger powder KB 
-90 gr of cashews 
-Salt to taste 
-1 cup pasta water 
-300 gr of gluten-free pasta or to taste. 
*Optional Vegan parmesan cheese.


1. Cut the ingredients and bake for 40 minutes at 180' Celsius.
2. Peel the pumpkin and then take it to blend together with the Cashews, pasta water, and add the ginger powder if you want you can add salt to taste. 
3. Add the sauce to pasta or cooked potatoes and enjoy.
