
AMBER'S MACA PROTEIN WAFFLES
Ingredients:
- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teespoons ground flax seed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Karen Berrios Maca Powder
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/4 cup mashed banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings:
- Banana
- Chocolate peanut butter
- Frozen raspberries
- Pure maple syrup
- Cashew milk yogurt
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, combine wet ingredients.
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Pour wet into dry ingredients.
Set aside batter and heat up waffle maker.
Cook for 5 minutes.
