
LUCUMA FRUIT OVERNIGHT OATS
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tbsp Karen Berrios Lucuma Powder
- 1 tbsp chia
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- Few chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Add oats, chia seeds, lucuma powder and milk in a glass or a cup. Let it sit for 15-20 min or overnight.
- Now layer your overnight oats parfait as per your taste. I used homemade jam and layer it with oats.
- I used walnuts, goji berry, choco chips, and bananas on top.
