
LUCUMA FRAPPUCCINO
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tablespoons Karen Berrios Lucuma Powder
- 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup coffee
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a blender, add lucuma powder and milk, blend vigorously, make sure there are no lumps.
Fill up an ice-cube tray with mix and store in the freezer.
The following day, in a blender, mix lucuma ice-cube and coffee.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
