Lucuma and chocolate donuts

-6 tablespoons of Greek or vegan yogurt.
-10 tablespoons of KB lucuma powder.
-4 tablespoons of gluten-free oatmeal.
-1 tsp of Esc. Vanilla
-Stevia to taste

-2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt.
-1 tbsp KB cacao powder 
-Stevia and Esc. Vanilla to taste

1. Mix all the donut ingredients until homogeneous and the manageable dough is formed, if necessary add a little more flour or yogurt until the dough does not stick as in the video, form your donuts with floured hands.
2. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes (5 minutes on each side) at 180’ Celsius, let cool.
3. Mix all the ganache ingredients, decorate your donuts and add KB cocoa nibs
