- 1 skinless chicken breast
- 1 tsp. Of salt
- 1/2 tsp, Pepper
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- 2 tablespoons of Cilantro
- 2 tablespoons of parsley
- 1/3 of tsp KB ginger powder 
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 25 gr of unsalted butter
- Orange slices (optional)

1. We will begin by washing the chicken breast very well and drying it with absorbent paper towels.
2. Then we will spread the ingredients such as 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 2 tablespoons of parsley, 2 tablespoons of coriander, 1/3 teaspoon of KB kion powder and lemon juice. We will spread it very well throughout the chicken breast. Reserve.
3. Preheat the oven to 180º. Place 3 orange slices in a pyrex pan on the bottom of parchment paper, place the chicken on top and place pieces of butter and place in the oven for 20 minutes, then lower the temperature for approximately 5-10 more minutes.
4. Once the chicken is ready, we remove the pan from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes, we will cut it into slices and we will accompany it with the herb sauce and accompaniments of your choice.
- In a pan over low heat, place 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 tablespoon of parsley, 1 tablespoon of coriander, 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder, and a splash of white wine, let the preparation reduce from 3 to 5 minutes over low heat (without stopping to move).
