Healthy Christmas Cake Roll with criollo cacao

INGREDIENTS:
-1cup of oat meal
-3 eggs
-1/2cup of milk
-1tsp.of baking powder
-3tbsp.KBcocoapowder
-Pinch of salt
-50g unsalted butter
-1tbsp.Vanilla essence

FILLING:
-1package of cream cheese
-1/4tsp.of sweetener
-1tbsp.vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. will begin by incorporating in a bowl 1 cup of oat flour, 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder,50g of melted butter, 3 eggs,1/2 cup of milk, 1 tbsp. vanilla essence 1/4 tspp. of sweetener and 1 tablespoon of baking powder.
We mix very well and then incorporate the mixture in a pyrex previously floured with parchment paper. We bake for about 15 minutes.
2. FILLING: Mix 1 package of cream cheese, 1/4 tsp. of sweetener, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence, combine all the ingredients by crushing the mixture with the help of a fork until obtaining a homogeneous texture. Reserve.
3. Take out the preparation and let it cool for 30 minutes, with the help of a fork we crush the cake that we have in the pyrex.
4. Place the dough obtained on a surface with plastic wrap and knead with the help of a rolling pin until it has a thin and even consistency. Cut the excess from the edges and add the preparation of the reserved cream cheese. We proceed to roll it up and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
5. Once the indicated time has elapsed, we take out the pionono on a plate and decorate it.
