
AMBER'S HEALTHY CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
Ingredients:
- 3 cups oat flour*1
- 5 pitted dates*2
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon Karen Berrios Cacao Powder
- 1cup rolled oats
- Vegan chocolate chips
Notes:
Place 3 cups rolled oats in food processor. Pulse until fine.
Pit 5 dates. Soak in a cup of hot water. After 5min, drain water.
Instructions:
Place all ingredients (except for the separate cup of oats) and pulse until combined.
Add cup of oats and pulse.
Roll into balls and freeze for 1 hour.
Melt chocolate chips with 1tablespoon of almond milk.
Dip balls in chocolate.
Store in fridge.
