ELLIE'S CACAO BUCKWHEAT CREPES
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 scoop protein powder
- 1 tbsp Karen Berrios Cacao Powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup water
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until the batter is smooth.
- Pour around 1/4 cup of the batter on to heated non-stick pan and tilt the pan until the batter is thinly spread out.
- Cook the crepes for around 2 minutes on each side and serve with your favorite toppings.
