
Delicious Camu Camu Jello
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (200 ml) orange juice
- 1 cup (200 ml) water
- 1 tbsp. (6 gr) agar agar or unflavored gelatin
- 5-6 tbsp. (50-60 gr) Monk fruit
- 1 tbsp. (5 gr) @shopkarenberrios Camu Camu Powder
Optional:
- Fruit (Chopped)
Cooking instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients of camu camu gelatin in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and heat over medium- low heat. Add the chopped fruit if you want.
- Pour the mixture into a silicone mold.
- Chill in the fridge for 1 or 2 hours.
- Serve each jelly with fruit and enjoy!
