Cream Caramel with yacon syrup

INGREDIENTS:
-6tsp yacon superfood
-1 cup almond milk
-Cinnamon
-3 tsp chia superfood
-Vanilla
-1tblspunflavored gelatin or agar
-Mint
-Pecans
PREPARATION:
1. Add the yacon to our mold.
2. In a pot we boil the almond milk together with cinnamon, chia, vanilla, yacon, and the unflavored gelatin or agar. ( boil for 5 minutes ) and pour into the mold.
3. Lastly, refrigerate for at least 3 hours before flipping a dish. The caramel will"melt" on top of the caramel cream!
