Cream Caramel with yacon syrup
- 6tsp yacon superfood - 1 cup almond milk - Cinnamon - 3 tsp chia superfood - Vanilla - 1 tblsp unflavored gelatin or agar - Mint -Pecans
1. Add the yacon to our mold. 2. In a pot we boil the almond milk together with cinnamon, chia, vanilla, yacon, and the unflavored gelatin or agar. ( boil for 5 minutes ) and pour into the mold. 3. Lastly, refrigerate for at least 3 hours before flipping a dish. The caramel will "melt" on top of the caramel cream!
