
CHIA SEEDS PUDDING
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup water
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup Karen Berrios Chia Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Karen Berrios Cacao Powder
- 2 teaspoons Karen Berrios Lucuma Powder
- Dash of maple syrup
- Optional cinnamon to top
- Top it off with your fruit of choice
Instructions:
All you need to do is combine the ingredients into a blender and blend! I recommend adding the chia seeds in last because you will be surprised how fast they clump up together, which is not what we want. Once all blended pour into a container or jar with a lid and set into the fridge. After 5-10 minutes, give it one last quick shake. It's best of left overnight, but these can be eaten after 3-4 hours of setting. Enjoy!
