Camu Camu Green Soup


  • 1 cup chopped broccoli (include stalks)
  • 2 cups fresh peas
  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 sliced leek
  • 1 cup chopped fresh kale
  • 2 tablespoons finely shredded mint
  • 1 cup organic greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Karen Berrios Camu Camu Powder
  • Pinch of paprika


Place broccoli, one cup peas, vegetable stock, garlic, leek and kale in a pan, simmer between 25 -30 minutes or until the broccoli and leek are soft.

Blend soup until smooth and creamy. Add peas and cook until heated through.

In a small bowl, mix Karen Berrios Camu Camu Powder, yogurt and mint.  

Serve soup with a generous amount of mix yogurt and a pinch of paprika.
