1 cup oat flour (i just blend up oats)
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp @shopkarenberrios maca
1 tsp lions mane powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups vegan lavender buttermilk
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp lavender
Coconut whip
1 can coconut cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
