
Energy Boosting Cinnamon Muffins
Ingredients:
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup nut butter of choice
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/4-1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Karen Berrios Maca Powder
- 1 tsp Karen Berrios Camu Camu Powder
- 2.5 tbsp flax seed
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 1/3 tsp baking powder + 1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350F and add all of your ingredients in a bowl. mix until batter is formed.
- Transfer to a greased or lined muffin pan & fill 3/4 way full.
- Bake for 22-26 min and enjoy!
